HRT-A02C High-frequency Reciprocating Reciprocating Friction and Wear Tester is designed according to the technical indexes required by the industry standard Diesel Lubricity Evaluation Method (High-frequency Reciprocating Tester Method) (SH/T0765-2005), ISO12156-1:1997, MOD standard method, and can meet the test requirements for evaluating diesel lubricity. The friction pair adopts the standard ball friction form, and the equipment has the advantages of stable and reliable reciprocating stroke adjustment, wide adjustment range, high friction measurement accuracy, various test forms, etc. The host of the tester adopts computer detection and control, and the measurement and control software of the special friction and wear tester developed by Hengxu based on high-speed industrial control can draw various parameter curves in real time.The line and point acquisition frequency can reach 100KHZ, so as to effectively realize dynamic and effective detection of the process and improve the measurement accuracy of friction, test force and other parameters. The software is provided with parameter over-preset shutdown or alarm protection. Sophisticated instrument design, convenient installation and commissioning, clear and humanized software interface, and convenient operation.
