MMUD-10 improved test machine, which mainly realizes sliding friction of end face and pin, and can also extend other friction pairs according to the interface of main shaft and lower support plate, and can be used at room temperature or high temperature and change lubrication state (no oil lubrication or oil soaking lubrication), load, speed, friction mate material, friction pair surface roughness, hardness, etc. Under various parameters, a high test force is applied to the pair of friction pairs to test the friction properties of the materials, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings and other materials under different conditions. It can be used to study the wear resistance of the pairs of pairs of friction pairs and materials. At the same time, a special high temperature cover will be set up to achieve the gaseous atmosphere protection and liquid lubrication of friction pairs, which can be used to evaluate the lubrication performance of liquid lubricants.

The test force is controlled by a closed loop servo system. The test force is stable and reliable. The test force can be set by the operator on the computer interface. The parameters of the spindle speed, rotation, test force, friction torque, friction pair temperature and test time are controlled by the computer, and the test number can be collected in real time. According to the test curve, the test data and curves can be stored, accessed, printed and output. The spindle motor uses the imported Panasonic AC servo integrated speed control system and the motor. The spindle and the upper motor are equipped with the driven and active specially made circular arc tooth pulley, the driven pulley is designed to resist torsion, and the power of the motor is transferred to the main shaft through the arc tooth synchronous belt. It has a high transmission torque, which completely changes the characteristics of the thyristor continuously variable transmission system at a low speed.

Five. Brief introduction of friction

The friction and wear tester of the end face is marked with two kinds of friction pairs: the friction pair on the face and the friction pair on the pin plate.

The friction pair is fixed with a stop pin. If necessary, other friction pairs can be extended by designing the fixture.

Six. Gas protection and lubrication (selection part)

According to the experimental requirements, the equipment can carry out the high temperature gas protection and the friction test under the high temperature liquid lubrication condition. A special high temperature protective cover is installed on the lower support. The protective cover and the lower support are fastened and sealed with solid, and the flow guide slot is added to prevent the excessive deposition of the jet liquid. A high temperature liquid or a gas jet tube is set on a high temperature protective cover. In the test, the lubricating fluid or protective gas can be injected into or through through the ejector tube, and the sample is lubricated or protected.
