The MUG-5Z type test machine is an improved design and development of a circular specimen in the form of a pin and end sliding friction form at room temperature or high temperature, vacuum and change of lubrication (without oil or oil), load, speed, friction spousal material, friction pair surface roughness, hardness and so on. A higher end face test force is added to the test. It is mainly used to evaluate the friction properties of engineering materials, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings and other materials under different conditions, and can be used to study the wear resistance of pairs of pairs and materials.
Two. Main functions and characteristics:
The test force applied by the high temperature vacuum friction and wear tester is controlled by a closed loop servo system. The test force is applied smoothly and reliably. The test force can be set by the operator on the computer interface. The parameters of the spindle speed, rotation, test force, friction torque, friction pair temperature and test time are controlled by the computer. It can collect experimental data in real time and draw corresponding test curves. It can store, read, print and output test data or curves at random. The spindle motor uses the imported AC servo integrated speed control system and the motor. The spindle and the upper part of the motor are equipped with the driven and active specially made circular arc tooth pulley, the driven pulley is designed to resist torsion, and the power of the motor is transferred to the main shaft through the arc tooth synchronous belt. Because of the application of closed loop speed regulation system, it is high at low speed. The transmission torque has completely changed the characteristics of the thyristor continuously variable transmission system at a low speed.
