The machine is suitable for the friction coefficient determination method of SH/T0190-92 liquid lubricant, GB12444.1-90 metal wear test method and GB3960-83 plastic sliding friction and wear test method, which can be used in all kinds of metal materials and non-metallic materials (nylon, plastic, etc.) in sliding friction, rolling friction, rolling sliding compound friction and intermittent contact friction. The friction resistance of various materials under different friction conditions, dry friction and abrasive wear can be simulated, and the friction coefficient of various materials can be measured.

After the transformation, the machine has a computer data processing system, which can show the parameters of test force, friction torque, friction coefficient, test time and so on, and can record a variety of test curves, such as friction coefficient time and so on. Because of its many functions, simple and reliable structure and easy to use, many standard test methods have been established on this machine, and it is widely used abroad, so it is widely used in the field of tribology at home and abroad.

Three. The structure features of the host

The machine is composed of a main engine, an electric control box and a computer measurement and control system. The main engine (attached figure A1) is mainly composed of the casting machine seat and the moment measuring part in the left of the seat, the lower specimen shaft part of the middle, the upper specimen shaft part on the right part, the eccentric axle part and the test force and the measuring part.

The machine is driven by a dual speed motor (2880/1440 RPM / 1/0.75kW), the power supply is three-phase 380V/50Hz, and its wiring and electrical principle are referred to C.

Four. Microcomputer measurement and control system

The measuring system can collect and display the test parameters such as friction force, friction coefficient, test force, speed, time and so on. The dynamic curve is displayed in real time.
