First, product introduction:
The electro hydraulic servo type four ball friction tester is mainly used to evaluate the load carrying capacity of lubricants in the form of sliding friction at very high point contact pressure. It includes three indicators: maximum non bite load PB, sintering load PD and comprehensive wear value ZMZ. The four ball friction tester can also conduct long time wear resistance test of lubricants, measure friction coefficient, record frictional force and temperature curve. Electro hydraulic servo four ball friction tester can be equipped with high precision measuring device, which can realize the screen calculation, measurement and recording of friction pairs. Special accessories can also be used for the simulation of end face friction and material, and the appearance of reference pictures is shown in the above figure.
