YYQ-5 Horizontal Hard Support Dynamic Balance Testing Machine

1、 Product Introduction

This series of horizontal hard support balancing machines adopts roller support and circular belt dragging, and is processed by industrial control computers for data processing. The imbalance value, phase angle, and real-time speed are displayed in real time. The bed body is made of integral casting, with good stability. Due to the use of a relatively soft flat belt to drive the workpiece without additional unbalanced interference, the measurement accuracy is high and the structure is simple.  It iswidely used in industries such as electric motors, fans, diesel engines, and automotive parts. Balance measurements can be performed on single, double-sided, and multiple calibration faces.It is suitable for shaft, disc, and center of gravity extended rotors. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate accuracy, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance, and is the preferred choice for general dynamic balancing workpieces. The software has two calibration functions: ordinary workpieces and standard rotors, overcoming the shortcomings of other hard supported balancing machine measurement systems where users find it difficult to calibrate the equipment on their own. There are multiple measurement methods and functions to choose from, and it can achieve parameter input, preview, testing, result storage, printing, and operation with all Chinese menu structures, human-machine dialogue, and automatic prompts.

三、Measurement system 
★ Industrial control computer, 19 inch LCD display (touch screen can be equipped according to customer needs), Windows operating platform 
★ Equipped with our company's self-developed universal balance measurement system. The universal software functions cover all the functions of mainstream balance machine software in China, with a Chinese menu structure for operation and text prompts for operation steps. 
★ The measurement system has strong performance: any workpiece is calibrated, and the measurement speed range is wide, starting from 80 revolutions per minute, measuring speed blocks, stable imbalance amplitude and phase, high weight removal rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity.

★ The software is equipped with an imbalance calculator, and the operator only needs to input the required vibration accuracy level, quality, working speed, and radius point of the workpiece.
